Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment confirmation. Once your parcel is on its way we'll share the courier and tracking number with you, and you can see them any time under Orders in your account.

Delivery times

Metro cities: 3–5 working days from dispatch

Rest of India: 5–8 working days from dispatch

These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees. Festivals, weather and regional disruptions can add time.

Shipping charges

Orders of ₹3,000 and above ship free. Below that, a flat ₹100 delivery charge applies.

The exact charge is shown in your cart and again at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We currently ship across India. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Undelivered parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because nobody was available or the address was incomplete, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery may incur an additional shipping charge.
