This policy explains what we collect when you shop with us, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
We collect only what we need to process your order and run this shop: your name, contact details, delivery address, and order history. If you create an account, we also store the details you provide at sign-up.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card and UPI details are entered on Razorpay's own secure screen and are never seen or stored by us.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with parties who help us deliver your order — our payment processor and courier partners — and only what they need to do their job.
We use cookies and local browser storage to keep your cart and wishlist working and to keep you signed in. You can clear these at any time through your browser.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this site — which pages are viewed, how long people stay, and roughly where in the world they are. This helps us decide what to improve.
Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes this data on our behalf. It tells us about patterns across visitors, not about you individually: we do not use it to identify anyone, and we do not combine it with your order or account details.
You can opt out across all sites using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. The shop works normally either way.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us at the address on our Contact page.
