Quick answers to common questions.

How long will my order take?: Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. Delivery then takes 3–5 working days to metro cities and 5–8 working days elsewhere in India.
Do you ship outside India?: Not at the moment. We ship across India only.
Can I return something?: Yes — within 7 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. See our Refund & exchange page for the full terms.
What payment methods do you accept?: Cards, UPI, net banking and wallets, all through Razorpay. Your payment details are entered on Razorpay's secure screen and never touch our site.
Do I need an account to order?: No. You can check out as a guest. An account just makes it easier to track orders and keeps your wishlist across devices.
How do I track my order?: You'll get a tracking link by email once your parcel is dispatched.
